All rooms feature air conditioning, private balconies, private entrances, 24-hour electricity, cable TV, a safe deposit box, and DSL Internet connectivity. All rooms offer beach front view and except for the standard rooms, which have a fridge, they all offer a kitchenette or complete kitchen. The resort offers free use of beach towels, providing guests an on-going supply of fresh towels as needed. Guests can store sports equipment at the onsite Dare2Fly Kiteboarding School. Available services include babysitting, currency exchange, laundry, and an onsite supermarket. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members offer plenty of information on nearby restaurants, night spots, excursions, taxis, tours, car rentals, and more.

Child Policy:
Children under 12 years old are free when accompanied by two adults.
Children between 13 and 18 years old have a fee of US$ 10 per night.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 7 days before arrival, holiday season within 15 days, as well as "no show", will be charged with a cancellation fee of 3 nights.
Early departure or changes may be subject to penalty fees.
