Prices are listed per room/ per night and are based on the number of occupants in each room. Note: there are some apartments and/or villas that are a single rate per night, regardless of the number of occupants.

Child Policy:
Children under 12 years old are free when accompanied by two adults.
Children between 13 and 18 years old have a fee of US$ 10 per night.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 7 days before arrival, holiday season within 15 days, as well as "no show", will be charged with a cancellation fee of 3 nights.
Early departure or changes may be subject to penalty fees.
Included Hotel Services:
Beach towels, lockers for private kite gear storage at Dare2Fly kiteboarding school, use of computer with high speed internet access located in the lobby, 24 hours security service, Multilingual staff.
Optional Hotel Services:
Foreign currency exchange, hotel room delivery service from supermarket, babysitting service, specialized kiteboarding shop, Sushi restaurant, massage therapist with office on resort premises.
