Anami Villas are three beautiful vacation homes tucked inside the gated seaside residential community of Perla Marina on the Dominican north coast. The villas cluster around a large pool, and can be obtained together for large family or business gatherings. The complex has its own private beach. Each villa can fit up to six guests, and each has three bedrooms, two baths, and a completely outfitted kitchen with microwave and all utensils. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower; the second room has a queen with an option for an extra bed; and the smaller guest room has two twins and shares a bathroom with a shower. Baby cots are available upon request. The villas offer cable TV, telephone (deposit required), radio, free high speed satellite Internet access, iron and ironing board, a poolside balcony, private patio, and a landscaped backyard with hot tub and a gas grill. Linens and daily maid service are provided, and on request the staff can provide a Spanish speaking babysitter or dinner arrangements. Also on request and for additional fees, the staff can arrange airport transport, laundry services, and arrangements for surfing, windsurfing (1.5 hours free indtroductory lessons available), kitesurfing, ocean kayaks, golf at the most exciting course in the Caribbean, tennis, onsite massage, shopping in Sosua or Cabarete, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, canyoning, hiking, cascading, eco tours, and sightseeing excursions.
The Villas are located 400m from the beach at Perla Marina where kitesurfers can be seen, only 5 minutes by car from Playa Encuentro, which is good for both windsurfing and kitesurfing, and 7 to 10 minutes by car from Kitebeach in Cabarete.

Children 0-11 stay with no extra charge together with parents in the room.
Cancellation Policy:
If reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival there is a 2 night penalty.
In high season, cancellation within 14 days of arrival as well as "no show" results in a cancellation fee of 4 nights.
From December 19th until January 8th: If reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival a 50% penalty applies, and the other 50% is credited for a future stay during 2006.
NOTE: Minimum Stay from December 19th until January 14th: 14 nights.
For the rest of the year a minimum stay of 3 nights apply.
