At the Club, sports amenities abound. The Mamora Beach Water Sports Center features windsurfing, sailing, pedal boats, snorkeling, and kayaking complete with equipment and instruction. The air conditioned fitness center keeps muscles fit and toned, and aquacise classes splash about in the main pool. Six all-weather championship tennis courts and a pro shop keep your game going, and guests can enjoy volleyball, croquet, foosball, and table tennis as well. Golf and Scuba outings can be arranged, and an enticing Monte Carlo or Vegas-style casino offers state-of-the-art gaming.
Dining options include the main Rainbow Garden, set amid the gardens with terrace dining available, and serving sumptuous buffets and a la carte specialties. Mondays feature live calypso music here. Coco's casual dining offers Atlantic views and a seafaring theme. The Docksider on Mamora Bay creates a romantic dining experience featuring grilled seafood and steaks. And the Piccolo Mondo (translated "Small World") offers exceptional Caribbean dining in a private, hillside setting. For afternoon tea or morning coffee, the Garden Patio is the place. More exotic beverages can be found at any of the Club's five bars, including a pool bar and a beach bar. Families will enjoy the Kit'z Klub, with activities, arts and crafts, games, and treasure hunts. Babysitting is available at an additional cost.
Rooms at the St. James Club include Club rooms, with two double beds/or king upon request, and lovely tropical garden views (maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.); Premium rooms with double or king-size beds overlooking the sea from a private balcony (maximum occupancy 3 persons); Beachfront rooms all having either a balcony or terrace overlooking Coco's Beach with fridge, TV, coffee maker, safe and hairdryer and 2 Queens or 1 King bed; Suites with separate living rooms and either ocean or bay views (maximum occupancy 2 persons); and 2-Bedroom Villas with separate dining and living areas, a full kitchen, and a balcony or patio overlooking Mamora Bay (maximum occupancy 6 persons). All of the rooms are air conditioned, with telephone, cable TV, safety box, and ceiling fans. Other resort amenities include a deli, on-site tour desk, and a full-service 18-slip marina and yacht club.

Rates are based on an "All Inclusive Platinum Plan".
All Inclusive Platinum Plan: Accommodation; all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner); all beverages (name-brand liquors, house wind by the glass, Caribbean beers, tropical coolers and soft drink-bottle water are not included); welcome champaign cocktail upon arrival; daily activities program and entertainment; daily afternoon tea; choice of three swimming pools; non-motorized watersports (windsurfing, sunfish sailing, snorkeling, kayaking); 6 championship tennis courts, use of club's fitness center and Jacuzzi; all tips, taxes and service charges. Note: All inclusive guests dining at Piccolo Mondo Restaurant must pay a $35 per person per reservation supplement - Children ages 2-11 must pay same amount.
Dress Code: In the restaurants, shoes are worn and bathing suits are covered. After 6:30 p.m., men wear slacks (no shorts or jeans) and collared shirts with short or long sleeves (no T-shirts or tank tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, slacks, culottes or tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts" or cutoffs or jeans).
Cancellation Charges -
For any cancellation after December 1 affecting a reservation that falls within any part of the Christmas Time Period, Customer shall pay to the Hotel a cancellation charge equal to a 7-night Hotel stay on the All-Inclusive Plan at the applicable rate as liquidated damages.
For any cancellation within 21 days prior to a Customer's scheduled arrival date, where such arrival date falls within any part of the Presidents' Day Time Period, Customer shall pay to the Hotel a cancellation charge equal to a 7-night Hotel stay on the All-Inclusive Plan at the applicable rate as liquidated damages.
For all other time periods: for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, Customer shall pay to the Hotel a cancellation charge equal to a 3-night stay on the Hotel's All-Inclusive Plan at the applicable rate as liquidated damages. The foregoing cancellation charges shall apply to cancellations which occur on or after a Customer's arrival at the Hotel.
