The villa is fully equipped with a living/dining area, complete kitchen with appliances, and three private verandahs, plus all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. It offers cable TV, VCR, charcoal grill, ceiling fans, washer, beach towels, and chairs-even a computer is available for guest use. Cooking and maid services are available on request.

Cancellation Policy:
If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival during high season there is a 50% cancellation penalty.
Same penalty applies if reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival during low season.
A $100 fee applies for all cancellations.
