Prices are listed per room/ per night and are based on the number of occupants in each room. Note: there are some apartments and/or villas that are a single rate per night, regardless of the number of occupants.

Rates are based on an "All Inclusive Plan".
All Inclusive Plan includes all meals and snacks, including midnight snacks and a la cart dinner at the specialty restaurants. Unlimited fruit juices and soft drinks. Unlimited alcoholic beverages including name brands (except bottled wine). Pineapple Grill Restaurant has a $25 per person all inclusive supplement. No discount for children.
Credit Card Requirements for All Inclusive Guests:
All inclusive guests are required to provide a credit card at check-in for possible incidentals. Not included on the all inclusive plan: phone calls, bottled wine, bottled water, gift shop items.
Dress Code:
In the restaurants, shoes are worn and bathing suits are covered. After 6:30 p.m., men wear slacks (no shorts or jeans) and collared shirts with short or long sleeves (no T-shirts or tank tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, slacks, culottes or tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts" or cutoffs or jeans). In the Topaz Restaurant, dress Bermuda shorts are "allowed" for men.
Children Policy:
Children ages 2-11 (inclusive) pay $60 per child per night if sharing a room with one or more adults.
Cancellation Policy:
If reservation is cancelled within 30 days to arrival there is a 7 night hotel stay penalty if reservation falls in Christmas Time Period.
If reservation is cancelled within 21 days of arrival date, where such arrival date falls within any part of the President's Day Time Period, there is a 7-night hotel stay penalty.
For all other time periods, any cancellation within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, there is a 3-night stay penalty.
