There is a penalty of Euro 16 for handling fee.
If reservation is cancelled more than 15 days within arrival date a credit not will be issued for future use valid for one year with the deduction of the 16 Euros.
For all cancellations received less than 15 days before the arrival date, the total sum of the down payment will be retained by the establishment.
