Terms & Conditions:

1. Reservation Payment
   1. Extreme Elements accepts - Visa / Master Card / American Express / Discover / PayPal.
   2. Rates quoted are per person or per room, per night in $US Dollars.
   3. Reservations cannot be accepted unless supported by a valid credit card. You will be transferred to our secure server before being asked to enter your card number. Full payment is required at time of reservation.
   4. The Total Amount shown includes service fee and all taxes.
   5. These rates are only available through the Extreme Elements website and cannot be obtained by calling the hotel directly as they will not have our discounted rates in their system.
   6. All rates, prices and promotions are subject to availability, change or termination without notification.
   
   
2. You must present a photo ID and valid credit card upon check-in.



3. Cancellations, Changes, Refunds
1. No refund can be made if any reservation is not utilized.
2. Extreme Elements charges a non-refundable $50 fee to process changes or cancellations of a prepaid hotel reservation prior to 15 days of your scheduled arrival date.
3. There will be no refund for a cancellation of a prepaid hotel reservation within 15 days of your scheduled arrival date. There will be no refund for no-shows.
4. Please note any notice of cancellation is required to be in writing.
5. Permitted changes or cancellations are subject to additional hotel fees that could range from 10% - 100% of the total reservation.
