How do I change or cancel my reservation?

Extreme Elements charges a non-refundable $50 fee to process changes or cancellations of a prepaid hotel reservation prior to 15 days of your scheduled arrival date.*

There will be no refund for a cancellation of a prepaid hotel reservation within 15 days of your scheduled arrival date. There will be no refund for no-shows.

*Notes:

  • Changes or cancellations must be for the same number of persons traveling under, and the identical person(s) named on, the original itinerary.
  • Permitted changes or cancellations are subject to additional fees that could range from 10% – 100% of the total booking.
  • Service fees are non-refundable.
  • Fees may appear as separate charges on your credit card statement.
