The old house was built in 1871, and while recently restored, retains the feel of the old ways. A central patio with two water fountains and scads of flowers anchors the Riad Al Madina, with impressive stone columns creating quite an atmosphere. 25 rooms and 10 suites are decorated Moroccan style, with authentic fabrics and decor. Rooms include a private bath, telephone, and TV. The hotel also offers a restaurant and sitting room, where one can relax by the fire and enjoy the rare objects collected for years by the owners.
